Your Responsibilities:
- Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls as needed
- Greet and assist customers professionally and with a positive attitude
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
- Perform general office duties, including filing and maintaining inventory
- Assist the Office Manager with additional tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Pleasant and professional demeanor in-person and on the phone
- Computer proficiency
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
