What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nurse Assistant position at HG External?
Westminster Gardens, a HumanGood community in Duarte, CA is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant in our Assisted Living residential setting. Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Status: Full Time
Shift: 7 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 4x2 schedule
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 DOE
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program CNA or NAC (State Applicable)
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- CPR
- First Aid (As Mandated by State)
- New grads are welcome!
