What You'll Be Doing as the Accounting Supervisor:

• Supervise a team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.

• Perform accounting month-end close procedures, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and depreciation.

· Analyze and verify complex financial information, prepare financial reports, and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Lead small teams on special projects assigned by management.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting deadlines, and recommend process improvements.

• Perform detailed review of complex journal entries and balance sheet trend analysis.

About You as the Accounting Supervisor:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-5 years of accounting experience.

• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CPA certification, or public company environment.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
