Job Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Gutter Installer to join our team. As an Experienced Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various installation projects. This position requires expertise in carpentry, measuring/cutting gutters, installing gutters, safety techniques and other related skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team and ensuring high-quality workmanship. See below for further requirements for our ideal candidate.

Duties:

• Lead and supervise a team of installers to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements
• Measure and mark surfaces for installation of gutters and downspouts
• Perform carpentry tasks such fascia board removal and reinstallation
• Ensure proper alignment, levelness, and plumb of installed gutters and downspouts
• Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and install materials
• Collaborate with operations managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines

• Enjoys working outdoors
• Strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to climb and maneuver extension ladders (up to 32 ft) several times a day
• Possess integrity & a great work ethic
• Remain a dependable employee by being on time to work every day
• Have the ability to give recommendations and upsell while you are performing work at a customer’s home (Lead only)
• A "safety first" mindset
• Reliable transportation to the working office in Woodinville.
