Key Responsibilities: Sales Focus (Primary)
- Proactively sell seasonal maintenance packages to new and existing clients via phone, email, and online inquiries. Commission will be provided for every closed account.
- Educate clients on the importance of preventative gutter care and position our services as the go-to solution.
- Follow up with leads and past customers to drive revenue and improve seasonal maintenance renewal rates.
- Track and report sales performance, working toward individual and team-based sales goals.
Client Intake & Coordination
- Answer inbound inquiries from potential and current clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Collect and document essential client information: contact details, property info, and service needs.
- Clearly communicate our service offerings, availability, and pricing structure.
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Assign appointments to field estimators based on availability, urgency, and geographic alignment.
- Collaborate with estimators to ensure they are well-informed on client needs before site visits.
- Adjust and optimize schedules as needed to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
CRM & Database Management
- Input and maintain accurate client and sales data in our CRM/scheduling system.
- Keep records up-to-date for follow-up, sales metrics, and service tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or sales certifications a plus).
- Experience in a sales, customer service, or dispatching role highly preferred.
- Skilled in CRM platforms and office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to close sales while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience in home services, construction, or the gutter industry is a bonus (training provided).
