This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner, Faculty role located in High Point, NC. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, supporting faculty members and academic leadership in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management programs.
