Overview
In this role, you will provide internal support to Highgate users across 500 hotels as well as identifying enhancements to our ATS (iCims) as we continue to grow our business. This position will also have the opportunity to assume additional strategic responsibilities with other recruitment technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide support on all integrations for our payroll system and 3rd party providers.
- Responsible for the creation and editing of reports
- Handle user login group administration
- Skill Survey administrative support.
- Portal creation and workflow enhancements as we continue our growth.
- Offer letter management.
- Email correspondence mgmt.
- Ensure branding is created and implemented across our multiple portals.
- Onboarding support and mgmt.
- Make necessary workflow changes and enhancements.
- Keep the company apprised of new iCims product offerings
- Provide thought leadership on best practices in iCims
- Provide HR and other User training as needed
- Work with Tech Support as needed on system changes.
- Manage iForm requests for Highgate.
- Review processes and accesses to ensure the highest level of security is maintained as it pertains to personal information in the system (i.e. SS#, DOB, etc.).
- Ensure the accuracy of positions shared with partner job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed. Work with each vendor regarding errors or issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree is required.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing support role would be necessary.
- 2- 3 years of iCims user knowledge as an inhouse iCims employee or as a customer system admin role supporting iCims
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Must encompass a sense of urgency.
- Able to be articulate in communication both verbally and in writing.
- Experience leading TEAMS or Zooms calls with large audiences to train or share information
- Problem-solving and solutions-oriented.
- Able to work with outside vendors to accomplish goals and required tasks
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 per annum, bonus and benefits
