Job Description
Highnote is looking for an Office Manager to oversee our flagship office in downtown San Francisco. You will oversee daily office operation tasks as well as doing some Executive Assistant duties supporting our Chief Technology Officer and our Chief Revenue Officer.
What you'll be doing :
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as necessary
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Check & distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing shipments
- Visitor management
- Provide administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- In coordination with HR & IT, support onboarding for new team members.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed

Salary : $85,000 - $135,000
