Hillary Counseling is a Milwaukee-based private practice (located in the heart of the Third Ward) that offers a modern, relatable, and holistic approach to therapy for individuals and couples. We help clients shift from surviving to thriving!
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for highly skilled and passionate therapists to work with our incredible and inspiring clients. Therapists who have experience working with couples, trauma, and EMDR certified are desired.
Hillary Counseling clients are primarily high-functioning, well-educated, diverse, professionals, couples, and college students who are invested in their personal growth, wellness, and the therapy process.
We are seeking a full-time independently licensed clinician (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D).
Job Details:
Position Title: Psychotherapist, Independent Contractor
Primary Job Description: To provide counseling to individuals and couples with a broad range of mental health issues, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, personal growth, identity development, relationship improvement, ADHD/ASD.
Starting Date: January/February 2025
Location: Third Ward Office...this position will be both in-person and virtual sessions.
Compensation: $90 - $120 per client session, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, individualized outpatient psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation services.
- Conduct in-person therapy sessions at our welcoming Third Ward office.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records for all clients.
- Offer consultation calls to prospective clients, providing guidance and support in their therapy journey.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing their needs and expectations with care.
- Marketing yourself to grow a referral base and recognition within the community.
- Commit to a caseload of 20-25 billable sessions per week, with full-time clinicians achieving 20 billable sessions weekly after the first six months.
