Job Description:
Assist students and admin team to create a inspiring educational experience by organizing events, ensuring quality communication between students and staff, fostering an enjoyable learning environment. This position is full time on campus.
Job duties include:
- Maintaining student communication, i.e. weekly newsletter, calendar, updates.
- Organizing events such as monthly BBQ, graduations, and staff events.
- Organizing student housing including billing
- Ordering merchandise
- Assisting social media team and marketing
- Assisting incoming students with transportation needs
- Other duties as assigned by school management
Qualifications/Licenses:
- Valid driver's license with good driving record is preferred.
Required Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent customer service
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in office administrative role
- Associates degree
- Experience working with domestic and international students
