Work Schedule and Shift Premiums
Full Time (Nights) 7:00 pm to 7:00 am | 36 hours/week, 3-12 hour shifts including every other or every third weekend
2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour; 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour; weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour

Qualifications
- Valid Michigan RN license (can work as a GN while getting your Michigan endorsement)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred but not required; OB experience preferred but not required
- BLS, ACLS, and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze assessment data, identify appropriate nursing diagnosis lists, and create individualized plan of care
- Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assist with activities that enhance quality of nursing practices
