Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Hilti North America, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop a work schedule that best suits your needs and those of your customers.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular meetings and demonstrations of our latest tools.
- Provide high-level customer consultation and support.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive sales and productivity.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and record sales progress.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably with set targets.
- Hands-on attitude and ability to demonstrate tools to customers.
- Excellent time and territory management skills.
- Ability to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
- Flexible and varied schedule.
