We are currently seeking a

Night Auditor

We are searching for a Night Auditor to work at the front desk part-time, primarily on weekends overnights..

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other Duties May Be Assigned)

• Providing service to guests, including checking in and out, managing lobby traffic and flow, assisting with luggage, providing telephone operator services and taking reservations.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving guest issues and complaints.
• Posting charges and auditing guest folios for accuracy.
• Maintaining an accurate accounting of all cash, charges and receipts.
• Preparing and reconciling sales summaries.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• One year or more of front desk or night auditor experience in a hospitality or a related industry is preferred.
• One year or more of experience with OnQ property management system is strongly preferred.
• Hilton Hotels experience is strongly preferred.
  
  
  

ABILITIES

• Ability to work overnight (11PM-7AM) shifts on weekends.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in typing and using computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in writing and orally.
• Ability to perform fundamental math, including the practical application of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, calculation of percentages, ratios and proportions and measurements.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted to handle guest baggage - ability to lift greater than 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to be highly visible and interact with guests for the entirety of the shift.
  
  
  

Compensation

• $17.00 per hour starting pay.
• $500 bonus after your first 90 days.
