- (Candidates must live within 50 miles of one of these locations)
Schedule:
- Training: 8:00 AM β 4:30 PM CST (must be fully available and focused)
- Post-training: Normal business hours for local time zone
Internet Requirements:
- Hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
- Minimum speed: 10 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload
- Satellite internet not compatible
Mileage: Reimbursed for field visits
Role Summary:
The Provider Contracting Representative will be responsible for recruiting dental providers to join network. This position involves a combination of fieldwork (visiting dental offices in person) and remote work (outbound calling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks). The representative will build strong relationships, negotiate discounts, and process contracts to expand dental network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Providers:
- Visit dental offices in person to discuss network participation.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with dental offices after visits.
- Visit Preparation:
- Build visit plans using provider lists and prepare materials for distribution.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with dental providers to generate interest in joining network.
- Share network benefits and options.
- Negotiations & Contracts:
- Negotiate provider discounts for dental services.
- Process contracts and track contacts in internal systems.
- Complete and process all necessary paperwork for network enrollment.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt quickly to shifting business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy in all provider interactions.
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
- Ability to work uninterrupted in a secure, dedicated home workspace
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Phone etiquette for inbound/outbound calls
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
- Self-motivated, independent worker with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience preferred
- Dental office experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
