Test Automation Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Automation Engineering Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

• Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or our clients.
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies.
• Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance.
• Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and usability testing.
• Perform automation framework design and maintenance along with setting up CI/CD pipeline for unmanned execution.
• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts.
• Define Test Plans and entry/exit criteria.
• Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
• Lead other Testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and/or issues.
• Create test models (plans, data, and scripts), including test data.
• Optimize process and methods to deliver quality work.
• Allocate test resources to application tests in a multi-test environment.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
• Drive the defect review meetings and providing detailed information on issues to development teams, business and client teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Biotechnology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• System Integration Testing for US Healthcare Claim Processing Applications using Epic Systems and Master;
• Utilizing HP ALM and JIRA;
• Supporting projects throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) Testing cycles;
• Requirement analysis for high-level and low-level design projects;
• Develop and maintain object repositories for the maintenance of execution screenshots and output test data;
• Identifying and implementing Test Automation solutions for business needs by leveraging Selenium TestNG; and
• Implement DevOps solutions for Testing.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

• Managing automation projects and providing solutions for complex requirements on test automation and process automation using Selenium, SQL Server, and Database testing, using SQL developer; and
• Identifying and implementing Test Automation solutions for business needs by leveraging UiPath.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant tothe California Transparency Bill,the offered wage for thisroleis $168,418.00 per year.
