Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead / Manager with strong expertise in Tosca automation, Python, and desktop automation to lead and manage end-to-end test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with strong people and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage automation testing efforts using Tosca
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for desktop applications
- Utilize Python for test scripting, utilities, and automation enhancements
- Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across teams
- Manage and mentor QA/automation engineers, including task allocation and performance guidance
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business teams
- Plan test cycles, track progress, manage risks, and report testing metrics/status
- Ensure automation coverage, test stability, and continuous improvement
- Participate in release planning and support production deployments as needed
- Strong experience as an Automation Test Lead or Manager
- Hands-on expertise with Tosca (Tosca)
- Proficiency in Python
- Solid experience in desktop automation/testing
- Strong people management and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, long-term project environment
- Experience with CI/CD integration for automation
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with additional automation tools or frameworks
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
