How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the development and implementation of project management best practices.
- Act as the primary contact for customer escalations, claims, and negotiations.
- Monitor team capacity and align resources with current and future demand.
- Drive collaboration between North America and our Swiss headquarters.
- Support strategic planning with major accounts and during warranty phases.
- Identify skill gaps and implement development plans for team growth.
- Track KPIs and lead performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure financial control and reporting through regular project reviews.
- PMP certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Proven experience in technical project execution within industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-facing experience in complex project environments.
