What we need:
We are adding a Digital Workplace Analyst to our team in Muscatine, Iowa! This is a hybrid-position that will require regular onsite presence (three days a week) at our offices in Muscatine, IA. This position will also require periodic travel to support executive meetings.
We have a large quantity of Teams-focused meeting rooms at HNI and want our users to have the best meeting room technology and experience to enable their business needs. In this position, you will support the hardware and software of our meeting rooms in various locations to enable a best-in-class meeting experience in-person and via remote technologies.
What you'll do:
- Work with our vendors to design, build, configure and deploy Teams-focused meeting rooms
- Provide L2/3 support of meeting room tooling, software, and configurations – remotely and in-person
- Provide in-person support of meeting rooms for executive meetings
- Work with internal teams to build and maintain room solutions that align to our infrastructure and security requirements
- Partner with internal business teams to understand, document, and solution their meeting room needs
- Publish and maintain support documentation for new meeting rooms
- Train users in the meeting room hardware/software to ensure their best possible meeting room experience
- Monitor new and upcoming collaboration tooling to ensure we bring the right tools to our users
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field
- Strong working knowledge of Teams administration
- Experience with business analysis and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication and listening skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
- Experience with meeting room design, build, deployment, and support

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within a team with equal success
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communication with an emphasis on prompt, relevant, and professional communication both verbally and in writing.

Salary : $53,300 - $67,500
