What we need:
We are adding a Digital Workplace Analyst to our IT Operations team in Muscatine, Iowa! This is a hybrid-position that will require regular onsite presence (three days a week) at our offices in Muscatine, IA.
We want to enable our users in the tooling available from the M365 application portfolio to ensure they have the right tools, the right training, and the right support. This role administers and provide L2/3 support to end users for our M365 and other applications. The role will work with other team members, vendors, and business partners to provide excellent customer service while ensuring our processes, procedures and data security are maintained.
What you'll do:
- Monitor, address, and resolve Level 2/3 support tickets regarding Microsoft applications, mobile device tooling, along with additional software in our environment
- Monitor, administer, and troubleshoot all L2/3 Microsoft 365 issues for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power apps
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
- Publish and maintain support documentation for supported applications
- Design, build, deploy and support Power apps such as Forms and Flows
- Apply best practices to application and system growth and enhancements
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience working in technology
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in M365 applications administration and end-user support
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with design, development, deployment of M365 Power apps
- Working knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation
- SharePoint development as it relates to document management, site permissions, content types, configuring web parts, workflows, custom lists, central administration, and PowerShell
- Working knowledge of the principles of enterprise content management
- An understanding of IIS, Active Directory, and SQL
