Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage daily office operations and provide support to our leadership team. This position requires someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Maintain and organize office supplies, kitchen, and general office environment
- Coordinate meetings, events, and team celebrations
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and assist with website updates (WordPress)
- Track company accounts, subscriptions, and records (including insurance, licensing, and receipts)
- Prepare and process new-hire documentation and maintain employee records
- Coordinate FedEx shipments and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support to principals and project teams
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Meta Business Suite (for social media management)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or WordPress is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience
- Full-time preferred (part-time candidates considered for 25 hours/week)
