The Hockomock Area YMCA is seeking an individual who loves to work with children to fill a full time Preschool Teacher position in the Early Learning Center at the Invensys Family Branch in Foxboro, MA. The Preschool Teacher is responsible for the direct supervision of groups and activities in the childcare program. The qualified candidate must have an EEC Teacher certificate.
Essential Functions
- Provides supervision and guidance to children
- Assists the children during specific enrichment classes or program
- Participates and attends staff meetings, childcare family events, and at least three YMCA events
- Communicates with parents on a daily basis
- Is aware and follows all health policies, YMCA policies, and EEC regulations
