Hockomock Area YMCA Outdoor Education is seeking enthusiastic and caring applicants to lead teambuilding and ropes course programs. Located in North Attleboro & Franklin, MA, the Ropes Course Facilitators are responsible for facilitating groups of diverse populations through teambuilding and ropes course programs, focusing on bullying prevention, leadership development, team bonding, communication, and adventure recreation. Ropes Course Facilitators work outdoors and model a fun, supportive, and growth oriented environment for peers and participants.

Essential Functions
- Lead large and small groups through a progression of teambuilding activities, low ropes elements, high challenge course elements, and reflective discussions tailored to the program goals
- Facilitate programs in an environment that is safe, accepting of all, and outcome oriented
- Use the ropes course to provide an opportunity for groups to recognize and safely reach their potential, promoting self-confidence, positive group dynamics, and the expansion of problem-solving abilities
- Operate according to local operating procedures
- Participate in trainings and professional development opportunities
- Be flexible with schedule changes and customer service efforts
- Participate in property maintenance safely and effectively
