Job Summary
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations over the phone and in person
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Operate phone systems and manage reservations effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and gift shop
Skills
- Experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous in assisting diverse guests
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
