Job Description: Front Desk Agent
True Blue Hospitality operates six hotels in the Charleston, SC area. We seek customer service oriented, highly motivated team members to join us in our quest to provide award winning service at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Summerville! - Work full time.
- Answer guest requests and deliver service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform functions of front desk agent: check in, billing, book reservations, manage flow of guests in and out of property management system.
- Experience in a hotel is preferred but not mandatory
- Provide award winning customer service.
- Always wear company provided uniform and nametag
- Have good, reliable transportation and a working phone.
