What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites?
Holiday Inn Express & Suites is offering an opportunity for a guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guest as a Front Desk Clerk. The ideal candidate must multi-task effectively and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for but not limited to, customer service, checking in/out guests as well as making reservations and responding to guests' requests.
* Must have excellent communications skills
* A flexible schedule is necessary for this position including the ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends and some holidays
* Prefer but not mandatory at least one year of experience in guest relations
Housekeeping positions available as well.
