Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including verifying guest information and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations while managing room availability.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist in the coordination of special requests or arrangements for guests, such as transportation or event bookings.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations.
Skills
