The Holiday Inn Riverton has an opening for a part-time Guest Services Agent. Responsibilities include checking in/out of guests. Maintenance of daily room roster, processing of inquiries for reservations, collection of payment for occupancy and services rendered. Completion of opening/closing documentation for accounting purposes, opening/closing of cash register, interface with housekeeping and maintenance personnel as necessary. Customer service experience. Days/evenings/weekends.
Benefits include a wage of $15.00 per hour, uniforms, hotel and restaurant discounts. Weekends and holidays required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills.
