Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable Focus
Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable Focus
- code and post all vendor invoices, including obtaining all approvals
- set up new vendors
- handle all vendor related issues and questions
- reconcile vendor statements
- process and enter all expense reports in accordance with company policy
- follow up on all expense related questions with the submitter
- enter customer credits and move monies
- deposit and post customer checks
- answer sales tax questions
- reconcile foreign currency bank accounts
- assist with weekly pay run
- scan, organize and file all invoices electronically
- various month end related tasks
- assist with year-end audit and other ad hoc tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- 3 years of related experience
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
