COMPENSATION: $25 an Hour
REPORTS TO: Recreation Program Coordinator
EMPLOYMENT TIMEFRAME: Saturday Mornings, Tuesday & Thursday Evenings (Starting September 7)
Essential Functions
• Supervises and controls the general conduct of participants.
• Enforces rules and regulations of the game.
• Invokes penalties for violations of rules.
• Keeps game educational and fun!Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of the rules and officiating skills of the game.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to supervise and maintain control of all situations on the field.
• Ability to effectively communicate with players as well as spectators.
Minimum Requirements & Physical Requirements
• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Have knowledge or experience in football.
