The Opportunity
We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support for aging adults in their homes. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to truly make a difference in someone’s life every day. This role also includes the opportunity to attend CNA School to further your skills and enrich the lives of so many more seniors that truly need your help.
Responsibilities may vary depending on the client's needs, but often include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Helping with personal care and hygiene (depending on training/experience)
- Transportation to appointments, errands, or social outings
- Promoting safety, comfort, and independence in the home
- CNAs provide personal care (bathing, dressing, peri care, etc. )
We carefully match Care Professionals with clients based on skills and location—within a 15-mile radius of your home.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to undergo a background check, drug screening, and BCI check
- Must be willing to obtain required RI state vaccinations (including COVID)

Looking to Become a CNA?
** Candidates for CNA School must be active caregivers **
Primary Responsibilities:
Attending our 6-8 week CNA school training. Sessions are two days a week 9a-5:30pm and attendance is mandatory. During this time you will participate in 80 hours of classroom training followed by 40 hours of clinicals at a local facility. Our Instructor will provide an excellent education and facilitate all state requirements to be a licenses Rhode Island Certified Nursing Assistant including CPR training, state applications, and state testing.

- Classroom: Two 8-hour days/week for 8 weeks
- Clinical: 40 hours (completed in one week)
- Led by an experienced Registered Nurse
