Primary Assignments
- Develop and execute precise production schedules, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency
- Organize workload effectively, delegating tasks to ensure adherence to schedule and operational efficiency
- Monitor production processes rigorously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality finished products
- Prioritize safety on the production floor, promptly addressing and rectifying any unsafe behaviors or conditions
- Train and mentor employees, instilling a comprehensive understanding of job duties and safety protocols for personal and collective well-being
Essential Qualification
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to fifty pounds comfortable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and USDA guideline
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Previous supervisory experience required, with a focus on fostering a positive and safe work culture.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese required.
