Marketing Liaison Job at Home Services Unlimited in Indianapolis

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN HOME CARE OR HEALTHCARE MARKETING REQUIRED

Reports to Administrator. Provides marketing and community liaison services to actual and potential referral sources. Actively coordinates all aspects of marketing for the agency (staff, patients, referral sources, promotional activities, community education, etc.)

1. Facilitates agency business development through the acquisition of new referral sources.

2. Facilitates and monitors the retention of current referral sources.

3. Develops annual marketing plans with input from management.

4. Implements and monitors marketing strategies in relation to identified marketing plans; reports as defined by President.

5. Represents the agency in a positive, timely and professional manner.

6. Develops marketing materials and oversees the distribution.

7. Reviews and monitors the accuracy of marketing information for the public.

8. Assist the staff to understand each individual's role in marketing.

9. Complies with applicable agency policies and procedures.

10. Participates in interdisciplinary evaluation of the patient care and the development and / or changes to the plan of care.

11. Participates in QAPI process.

12. Submits and maintains marketing reports, performance measures, and other administrative files.

13. Seeks current, up to date information and / or education necessary for effective marketing and agency growth.

14. Fulfills additional responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum high school graduate. Strong communication skills. Past experience with marketing required, prefer experience in health related field.
