Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes when necessary
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing guest needs
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment
