Description
The Digital & Payment Specialist provides operational support for HOMEBANK’s various products and services. This position is involved in the daily processes by which payments and transactions flow through the bank’s core system, federal reserve, and digital banking system. The Digital & Payment Specialist provides support to both internal and external customers, owning issues to resolution. This position partners with internal teams to identify areas for improvement, automation, and scale. This position is based in Quincy but may require some travel to Palmyra.
Duties & Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond and own resolution to both internal and external inquiries submitted via shared email, phone or in person
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving payment, transactions, and data flow
- Assist in ensuring both Back Office and Digital daily tasks (checklists) are completed
- Identify functionality gaps and develop opportunities for improvement that supports growth and scale of products and services
- Assist with developing new operational processes and procedures to support the company’s products and services
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, customers and third parties
- Perform other related duties required or assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or related experience
- Strong communications (written and verbal), customer skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Be able to operate email
