Sales Manager Job Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Overseas team of Account Executives
- Works with Processors and Operations to bring loan to consummation
- Recruit and Train Wholesale Account Executives
- Maintains a working knowledge of Non-QM mortgage guidelines and program updates
- This Regional Manager position covers our South East territory
Skills and Qualifications:
- Audit, Financial Skills, Financial Software, CRM Experience, Customer Service, Confidentiality, Analyzing Information, Decision Making, Verbal Communication.
- Minimum 2 years mortgage experience
- Must have active NMLS licenses, but would interview the right candidate that works for a depository
- Proven track record
- Byte experience a plus
- References required up to hire
