Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)
● Provide top-notch customer service to our clients;
● Answering phone calls, text messages & emails from clients in a professional manner;
● Schedule appointments and provide any needed follow-up with existing clients;
● Monitor spa products and inform office manager if ordering is needed;
● Keep frontdesk and common areas tidy, clean and organized at all times;
● Process payments for goods and services;
● Maintain expert level knowledge of company products, services, promotions and rates;
● Assist prepping esthetician rooms between appointments when needed;
● Ability to sell products and services;
● Properly update spa records, and client files as needed;
● Monitor expenses and costs online and in boutique (ensure proper labeling and pricing of all products and services);
● Engage in a positive and professional manner with co-workers and guests, and effectively listen and properly address issues / concerns as needed;
● Keep track of smooth functioning of all spa operations and admin - and timely alert leadership team and management if action is needed;
● Keep track of proper inventory and re-stock;
● Complete special projects as assigned by leadership team / management;
● Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Requirements and skills:
● Proven experience as a frontdesk representative, agent and/or similar role ;
● Strong communication and people skills;
● Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and problem solving-skills;
● Top-notch customer service skills;
● Strong work ethic;
● Reliable, honest and collaborative;
● Strong team player;
● Passionate, ambitious, and engaging personality;
● Strong communicator, and listener with a positive attitude;
● Able to receive & provide feedback in a constructive way;
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 1 year administrative experience;
● 3-5 years of customer service experience;
● Flexible schedule, evening & weekend availability;
● Aesthetic industry experience or knowledge is a plus;
● Organized and detail oriented;
● Strong computer / software skills;
● Social media and marketing experience is a plus.
