Oversee and coordinate
the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You
will serve as outreach liaison between project management and end customer. You
will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships that lead to
the enrollment in multiple residential and commercial energy efficiency and
demand response programs throughout the country. The Outreach Manager will lead
and train program teams on the best strategies to approach, engage, and enroll
customers in the program. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers. This is a remote position. Candidate should be located in the eastern or mid-west part of the US.
