Responsibilities:
Physical Therapy Services
- Conducting evaluations and assessments.
- Improving strength, balance, endurance, coordination, joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and movement patterns.
- Design and instruct in execution of home exercise programs to clients and direct care staff.
- Prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen.
Work Schedule:
On-call position with no set schedule. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM only; no weekends or holidays. Hours vary as needed to cover vacations or high census.
Salary : $96,000 - $138,000
