We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Hope Network, where over 2,800 compassionate professionals serve individuals across 280 locations statewide. Our mission is to transform lives by providing exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and instruct in the execution of home exercise programs for clients and direct care staff
- Provide physical therapy services to adults with neurological disabilities and traumatic brain injuries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited university or institution offering physical therapy curriculum
- Licensure by examination to practice as a physical therapist
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association
- Two years' work experience with adult neurologically disabled/TBI population preferred

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
