Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of 8-10 active projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings to identify key project issues and prepare agendas.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance provider network and address requests effectively.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and shared resources.
- Engage with third-party vendors to uphold service level agreements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
- 4-5 years of project management experience, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Ability to anticipate project needs and develop proactive solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for conceptual problem-solving.
- Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet.
- Background in healthcare or related industries.
- Knowledge of network services and provider data integrity.
