Asset Management Lead - IT

Join our dynamic IT team as an IT Asset Management Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of software and hardware assets across a global enterprise. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite, contributing to cost optimization and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for managing digital technology assets across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets and track their lifecycle using the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with IT Managers to validate and maintain software contracts and licensing information.
• Generate reports to provide insights on asset utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement and IT teams for hardware and software acquisitions and renewals.
• Support audits by reconciling asset records and addressing discrepancies promptly.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, preferably with ServiceNow HAM & SAM.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of software licensing models and enterprise system integrations.

• Experience working in large IT departments and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT Financial Management and purchasing processes.
• Certifications in ITIL 4.0, ServiceNow, or IAITAM.
