Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance for marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Support accessibility requirements, including compliance with ADA standards for international assets.
- Manage relationships with agencies to validate accessibility data and ensure adherence to internal standards.
- Verify asset readiness by checking licensing, metadata tagging, file formatting, and naming conventions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for visual identity and accessibility.
- Route and manage marketing assets through the content operations workflow, ensuring quality control and compliance.
- Support the creation of training materials and guidelines for content operations.
- Develop reporting processes for project execution and asset lifecycle tracking.
- 3 years of experience in content operations, visual identity quality assurance, and digital asset management.
- Strong understanding of branding and accessibility standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of assets efficiently and accurately.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and agency coordination.
- Experience in developing documentation and training materials.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting processes.
