Technical Program Manager

Join our team as a Technical Program Manager and lead strategic initiatives for a prominent consumer retail client. This remote role offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage your expertise in research, analysis, and client advisory to drive impactful business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the program for a key consumer retail client, providing strategic insights and guidance.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable research and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive market and competitive intelligence reports to support client strategies.
• Utilize data analytics and storytelling techniques to deliver compelling recommendations.
• Partner with client teams to create thought leadership content and position our firm as a trusted advisor.
• Stay informed on industry trends and client priorities to provide ongoing strategic insights.

Skills

• 6 years of experience in strategic research, analysis, or advisory roles, preferably in consulting.
• Strong expertise in market and industry research, particularly in the consumer and retail sectors.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Master's).
• Experience in developing thought leadership content and strategic advisory materials.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across functions to leverage capabilities.
