Program Manager

• Seeking a talented Program Manager for a temporary project-based assignment for a 12-month period with possible temp-to-perm. This is a 40 hour/week role in which you will assist to help build out one of our Agency programs focused on creating a unified Teaming approach across all our main collaboration programs to support our Foundational Business strategy and leveraging Teaming to increase our penetration in the affluent/HNW segment
• To work as a Program Manager, you will need a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a similar experience. In this role, the Program Manager will work closely with multi -discipline stakeholders to support the planning and execution of the program initiative. The program manager will play a key role in fostering a productive team environment and coordinate program efforts. Responsibilities include:
• Manage the details of complex programs to ensure that all action items are accomplished timely and accurately within org standards while looking for opportunities to continuously improve program management processes and test new approaches
• Ensure program runs smoothly on schedule, proactively identifying risk/issues and appropriately escalating concerns and potential solutions to impacted parties
• Manage requests from multiple, senior stakeholders, including experienced agents, ?eld managers and Agency leadership
• Own development and ongoing maintenance of project plans and other program management documents, meeting with stakeholders and program delivery resources to gather requirements, resource needs, and provide input on solution design
• Participate actively in department process improvement initiatives, gather data, document and understand business process issues, bring cross-functional teams together to work collaboratively towards a sustainable solution
• Establish and enforce program delivery governance processes, communications plans, and cadence, including collection of regular program status reports for management and key stakeholders
• Develop and manage basic reporting and work with digital/technology teams to build reporting needs into real-time dashboard-Seeking expert level in Excel, will be using V-Lookups and Pivot tables daily-REQUIRED
• Develop and utilize appropriate program management tools (e.g., MS O?ce tools & templates) and where applicable drive methodology de?nition and adoption of Agile delivery approaches
• Oversee task execution and dependencies keeping the “big picture” in mind during meetings and discussions, particularly if there are scope and/or resource adjustments

Quali?cations

• Bachelor’s degree-preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of insurance/ financial services and/or program management experience preferred
• Ability to improve current processes/systems, including user experience, work?ow, task automation
• Analytical skills and ability to develop basic reporting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills Pro?ciency in MS o?ce suite
• Ability to communicate and build e?ective relationships with ?eld leaders and internal business areas-Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skill sets- Must be able to communicate clearly with stakeholders-Written and Verbal
• Candidate must be able to analyze, prioritize and determine priorities on the daily tasks that need to be delivered.
