Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of project deliverables defined in the project charter, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Engage and inform key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
- Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks while identifying resource requirements to meet project commitments.
- Hold team members accountable for delivering on project plans and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Utilize approved project management methodologies and maintain accurate project artifacts and records.
- Analyze project performance, create cost-benefit analyses, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and progress reports, outlining project status, risks, and action plans.
- Transition projects into daily business operations effectively upon completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects from design to delivery.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on objective decision-making.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and drive results through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
- Background in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to balance political, economic, social, and technological factors effectively.
