Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Product Manager to join their App Growth team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of retail disruption, empowering the team to deliver innovative and human-centered customer experiences. The position is hybrid, requiring you to be within drivable distance to our client's corporate offices in Richfield, MN or Atlanta, GA, with potential office visits up to three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and development from concept to launch
- Partner closely with key internal teams and stakeholders
- Engage in customer research and execute data-driven prioritization
- Collaborate with a team of product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, build, and launch initiatives
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention
- Design models, success metrics, and reporting to measure the performance of retention campaigns

Required Skills and Experience:
- 4 years of relevant Product Management Experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc.)
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 2 years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
- Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, influence, and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 8 years directly related experience
- 4 years of people management and team leadership experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
