What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Hoss Rentals?
Hoss Rentals is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team at our Watford City shop. The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up oilfield supplies, billing customers, non-technical equipment, customer service, and equipment for the facility and assist in our parts department.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all motor vehicle laws.
- Drive defensively.
- Deliver parts, supplies and equipment to customers, other facilities and vendors in a timely manner.
- Pick up parts and equipment from customers, other facilities and vendors, to be coordinated with the Parts Manager or other designated employee.
- Complete invoices for deliveries and gather signatures upon delivery.
- Assist with organization and cleanliness of parts/delivery department.
- Maintain cleanliness of delivery truck, recommend repairs/maintenance work to management, ensure registration and license tag are current.
- Complete all training as directed by supervisor.
- Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills- this employee will be customer facing, must have a pleasant demeanor & good communication skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with clean MVR
- Be able to pass DISA drug screen
- Experience pulling small trailer
