Requirements

Accounting Services Responsibilities include: 

• Updating daily bank activity from bank website 

• Generating invoices daily to be sent to clients or Client Advisors internally 

• Assist in daily and end of month reporting with CFO/Controller 

• Maintaining compliance with all accounting department service standards and procedures 

• Assist with vendor payables  


Teamwork Responsibilities include:

• Working together with team and with other departments 

• Volunteering to back up and/or assist others as needed 

• Completing special projects as requested by manager 

• Managing PTO to work with departmental needs 


Determination: Displaying commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization’s education program

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 


Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or service issues from company personnel and/or clients. 


Mathematical Skills

Must possess advanced mathematic skills and the ability to analyze figures. Ability to work with financial and numeric data and possess knowledge of basic accounting principles. 


Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to bring full resolution to issues with Manager involvement. 


Computer Skills 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of accounting software, database software, internet software, and spreadsheet software. 


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations 

Must be able to obtain accounting designations/certifications as set forth by the organization’s education plan.
