Responsibilities
- Construction project cost management
- Preparation and submission of pay application documents to lenders
- Bank Reconciliations
- Monthly Financials
- Budget Analysis for Construction Projects
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Ad hoc work for company President and CFO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 1-4 years of professional experience in accounting, construction industry preferred
- Experience with AIA documents
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Salary : $57,000 - $60,000
