Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Bonner Springs, KS. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in client relationship management and business development
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Experience in the HR, Talent Advisory, or Recruitment industry is REQUIRED!
- Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel around KC Metro as needed for client meeting
- Ability to work on-site 3 days/week
